Client Engagements
When FEDLIN performs services under a statement of work or service agreement, the following terms apply:
Access and authorization. Client engagements may require FEDLIN principals to access client cloud environments, GRC platforms, CI/CD pipelines, identity providers, and related systems. Client grants FEDLIN the access necessary to perform the agreed scope of work. FEDLIN will not access systems outside the agreed scope.
Confidentiality. FEDLIN treats all client environment data, configurations, and business information as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except as required to perform the agreed services (e.g., platform integrations) or as required by law.
Data handling. FEDLIN principals work directly inside client environments where possible, minimizing data transfer outside the client's boundary. Where data must be handled outside the client environment — for example, for evidence review or documentation — it is handled in accordance with the confidentiality obligations above.
Deliverables. Work product produced for a specific client engagement — including evidence packs, configuration documentation, and reports — is the property of the client upon full payment of fees.
No ongoing access. Upon completion of an engagement, FEDLIN principals will decommission or relinquish any access credentials or permissions granted for the purposes of that engagement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
